Grades 6th-12

StudentLife is the student ministry at Olathe Wesleyan Church for 6th-12th graders. We meet on Sunday nights from 6:30pm to 8:00pm. Our time includes worship, games, biblical teaching, and discussion time.

Purpose

Rooting students’ lives in Christ’s love through fun fellowship, worshipful living, dynamic service, life-changing discipleship, & genuine care to create a new generation of leaders.

Mission

The mission of StudentLife is to reach middle school & high school students, to connect them with God & each other, & to lead them as they discover their identity in Christ & his purposes.

Vision

Developing a student-led movement for authentic, life-giving ministry for Christ’s Kingdom.

Whenever we are together, these are our 5 guiding principles:

Have fun! Life is meant to be a fun adventure, so our actions are centered on joyfulness.

Stay safe! We all have value & we all deserve to be safe.

Be here! Engage & don’t stay glued to a screen.

Be honest! Communicate what’s okay & what’s not okay.

Own it! Take ownership of any feelings & thoughts as you move forward.
